A few months ago I started buying Coconut oil. I used it only in my cooking and baking. Now, I use Raw Coconut Oil in my omelette, baking, smoothies and … that is not the end of the story.
Coconut oil is the best in its natural unprocessed form, which is available on the market as Organic Extra Virgin Raw Coconut Oil, Cold Pressed. It has a nice fragrance and it is also credited with antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties.
There are so many of them available…. For example:
As I have read so much about the coconut oil I have decided to start using it as beauty product to see some positive results both on my skin, hair and wellbeing.
How do I use Raw Coconut Oil?
1.As a Moisturiser.
You only need a little bit to moisturise the whole face and neck with coconut oil. If you you use too much of it, it will feel heavy and it will also block your pores in the skin. No wrinkles and skin looks healthy.
2. As a Make up remover.
I take a little bit of coconut oil on cotton pads and remove the make up, mascara and eyeliner. It works even with waterproof mascaras and eyeliners.
3. As a Body moisturiser.
Yes, I also use coconut oil on my hands, feet and any part of the body that I want to moisturise. It leaves my skin soft and well nourished.
4. As a Hair moisturiser.
After washing and drying my hair I apply a little bit of coconut oil on my hair roots.
5. As a toothpaste.
I wash my teeth with coconut oil because it removes all the bacteria and does not consist of fluoride which is toxic. What’s more, washing my mouth with coconut oil has helped my gums that once I had red and swollen when I bough a wrong toothbrush (too hard).
6. As a Teeth Whitening Paste.
To make this special paste I use 2 spoons of coconut oil and 1 capsule of activated charcoal. I mix the charcoal powder with the coconut oil and apply a (size of a peanut) drop on my ”special” toothbrush and massage my teeth for 3 minutes. Then I wash my teeth with a toothpaste. This treatment can be repeated as necessary.
