Green Smoothie

This is an amazing drink that I make using spinach, bananas and cocount oil basically.

 

It is full of goodness and a real health bomb.

 

Here is the recipe:

– 2 (ripe) bananas

– a bowl of spinach

– 150g raspberries (or other berries, frozen or fresh)

– a handful of cashew nuts (you can alsoadd pumpkin seeds)

– big table spoon of coconut oil (raw, cold pressed)

– 100g cold water

 

Blend spinach and water in the blender or a food processor, add bananas and berries, add cashew nuts and pumpkin seeds.
